Our strategy is to develop the faith of these students in a couple of key ways:
First, we desire to create a dynamic atmosphere where worship is student led and teaching, led by our youth director, is applicable to their everyday lives. This takes place each Wednesday night from 7-8pm.
Second, we have Sunday morning small groups (9:30-10:30am) for middle and high school students to dig further into the Word and help create a biblical worldview that impacts how they live out their faith and values.
Third, our regular corporate worship continues to be a relatable place where our students connect and grow together. Often you will find our entire youth group in the front-left side of the sanctuary excited to be a part of worship and ready to hear more about how God wants to move in them and through them to reach the world for Christ.
Finally, we seek to foster authentic community and life-long healthy relationships by planning activities for the youth group on a regular basis. These opportunities to get together may include guys/girls night outs, pool days in the summer and snow tubing in the winter, scavenger hunts, lock-ins, summer retreats, mission trips, and much more.
